Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. In such cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping costs at our discretion after validating the claim.
Non-Refundable Items (Beauty Products)
For health and hygiene reasons, all beauty products - including but not limited to makeup, skincare, lotions, cosmetics, and personal care items - are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if unused.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing beauty items.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange either:
A replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns / Change of Mind
Because our items are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers and packaged to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections (such as size, color, or style).
We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refunded amount.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if:
The damage resulted from improper use, wear, or handling
The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
The item was purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion
The request involves beauty products, which are non-refundable
